Recall 26V354000 (01/06/2026): SUSPENSION:REAR:SPRINGS:COIL SPRINGS
Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Reflection fifth wheel recreational trailers, equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.
Fix: Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 26, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910062.
What a tech checks: Bearings, brake magnets, worn shackle bolts and bent axles. A trailer that wears tires on the inside edge or pulls to one side usually has an axle or suspension problem. Before you buy: Bolts tight, springs not flat, brakes apply with the breakaway pin pulled.

Recall 26V616000 (24/09/2026): ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE
Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2024-2027 Reflection fifth wheel recreational trailers. The auto detect solar controller may select a 24 volt output when the electrical system is designed for 12 volts. The incorrect voltage may damage the 7-way bulkhead power center and other circuits.
Fix: An over-the-air (OTA) software update will be released. Lighting will be inspected and repaired as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910068.
What a tech checks: Voltage drop, grounds, the converter and the transfer switch. Melted shore-cord plugs and bad grounds cause most of the electrical complaints techs actually see. Before you buy: Battery at rest, converter output on shore power, GFCI test, every outlet.
