09/04/2026, EXTERIOR LIGHTING: BOTH rear Brake lights are broken due poor installation technique. The mounting screws were over torqued breaking the plastic cover and allowing rain to enter. The left rear Brake light filled with water and stopped working altogether. I have contacted Grand Design to get replacement lights to no avail. 07/27/2026, EQUIPMENT: The contact owns a 2026 Grand Design Recreational Solitude RV. The contact stated that there was a leak coming from the underbelly of the RV.
