Recall 19V388000 (23/05/2019): ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2018-2020 Fuzion 429 recreational trailers. The wiring harness to the power center may have been pinched between the floor framing and chassis beam, potentially damaging the wiring harness.
Fix: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and repair the wiring as needed, free of charge. The recall began on July 16, 2019. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 19-351.
Recall 20V398000 (07/07/2020): EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Keystone Carbon, Cougar, Fuzion, Impact and Raptor fifth-wheel trailers equipped with a Furrion over the air (OTA) wing-style television antenna. The antenna may separate from the mounting base during transit, becoming a road hazard.
Fix: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the Furrion wing-style antenna with a Winegard dome-style antenna, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-381.
Recall 20V428000 (24/07/2020): ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Keystone Fuzion (models 357, 369, 373, 379, 419, 424, 427, 429 and 430) and Impact (models 26V, 28V, 29V, 311, 317, 330, 343, 359, 367 and 415) toy hauler travel trailers. The generator transfer switch may be incorrectly wired with the transfer switch "Line" wiring (shore cord) and "Load" wiring (power center wiring) reversed, allowing the generator power to energize the shore power connection.
Fix: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will run the generator to check for the proper power output, correcting the wiring as necessary, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-382. Note: If there is no power inside the unit while the generator is running, owners are instructed to discontinue using the generator until the recall remedy is performed.
What a tech checks: Voltage drop, grounds, the converter and the transfer switch. Melted shore-cord plugs and bad grounds cause most of the electrical complaints techs actually see. Before you buy: Battery at rest, converter output on shore power, GFCI test, every outlet.

Doors, windows, steps and lights: 1 recall
Recall 20V351000 (12/06/2020): VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020 Alpine, Avalanche, Fuzion, Laredo, Montana, Raptor, Crossroads Redwood, and Dutchmen Voltage trailers. The adhesive bond between the glass and the metal frame of the frameless windows may fail which can allow the glass to detach while moving.
Fix: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the windows for proper adhesive bond strength, replacing the windows as necessary, free of charge. This recall began July 24, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-375.
What a tech checks: Mostly adjustments and wear: steps that stop halfway on a bad switch, doors out of alignment after a slide shifted, exterior lights with a corroded ground. Before you buy: Every door, lock, window and light.
Leveling and jacks: 1 recall
Recall 22V726000 (29/09/2022): EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:INTEGRATED JACK/LEVELER/STABILIZER
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Alpine, Avalanche, 2020-2023 Fuzion and Impact travel trailers. The hydraulic leveling leg foot pads may become loose and separate from the vehicle.
Fix: Dealers will inspect the mounting bolt and reinstall with thread locking adhesive, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-437.
What a tech checks: Hydraulic leaks at the rams and fittings, low fluid, and the panel's fault codes. Electric jacks fail on voltage at the motor and stripped gears. Before you buy: Full cycle on firm ground; look for fluid on the rams.

Structure, roof and leaks: 1 complaint
What a tech checks: Roof sealant, seams, window and slide seals, and the frame. Water intrusion shows up as delamination, soft floors and stained ceilings months after the leak started. Before you buy: Press the sidewalls and walk the floor; look at every seam and seal.

Axles, brakes, suspension and hitch: 1 complaint
What a tech checks: Bearings, brake magnets, worn shackle bolts and bent axles. A trailer that wears tires on the inside edge or pulls to one side usually has an axle or suspension problem. Before you buy: Bolts tight, springs not flat, brakes apply with the breakaway pin pulled.

07/12/2021, SUSPENSION: Originally, the rear axle on our trailer failed last year in July of 2020. We had an axle that was cambered in and that resulted in abnormal wear on our rear tires. 04/16/2023, STRUCTURE: The Keystone Fuzion RV has a structural issue. I have been following other owners and there seems to be many RV’s with the same crack under the Master Bedroom. The crack appeared after transport I would not want to be the cause of an accident if the crack continued across the body and it detaching from the RV while being transporting and causing serious injury or death.
