THE CONTACT WAS STOPPED BY THE POLICE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIRES APPEARED FLAT DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE RV. THE CONTACT RETURNED TO THE DEALER AND ADDRESSED WHAT OCCURRED. WHEN CROSSING OVER RAILROAD TRACKS, THE RV BECAME STUCK ON THE TRACKS DUE TO REAR GROUND CLEARANCE ON THE RV. THE VEHICLE BECAME
08/19/2014, STRUCTURE: TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 THOR FOUR WINDS 5000 TRAILER HOME. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR OPENED INDEPENDENTLY WHILE LOCKED. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE ZIP TIES IN ORDER TO TEMPORARILY REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
