Other: 1 recall
Recall 22V784000 (19/10/2022): EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Magnitude and Omni vehicles. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) Label states the incorrect number of seat belts, indicating that there are more seat belts available than there actually are. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."
Fix: Dealers will replace the label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000281.
12 volt and 120 volt electrical: 1 complaint
What a tech checks: Voltage drop, grounds, the converter and the transfer switch. Melted shore-cord plugs and bad grounds cause most of the electrical complaints techs actually see. Before you buy: Battery at rest, converter output on shore power, GFCI test, every outlet.

What owners reported to NHTSA
11/08/2023, STRUCTURE,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: While driving on on Interstate 80 near exit 70 in Illinois the battery box containing 4 coach batteries dropped from under the vehicle onto the highway. We were able to pull off the interstate on the offramp at exit 70. It appears the small bracket was underrated for the structural loads or improperly welded by the OEM. In addition the Positive battery wire was chaffing on the step framework.
