Recall 23V121000 (24/02/2023): EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2018-2021 Hurricane and Windsport recreational vehicles. The driver and front passenger overhead cabinets may detach.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and reinstall the overhead cabinets, if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 15, 2023. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000290.

Recall 20V498000 (21/08/2020): ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Thor Motor Coach (Thor) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Hurricane and Windsport motorhomes, models 27B, 29M, 32T, 33X, 34J, 34R and 35M. The electronic control center circuit board may be damaged from voltages over 17 volts causing damage to the circuit board.
Fix: Thor will notify owners, and dealers will add an additional circuit module to the existing component board to provide reverse polarity and over-current protection, free of charge. The recall began October 20, 2020. Owners may contact Thor customer service at 1-877-855-2867. Thor's number for this recall is RC000203.
What a tech checks: Voltage drop, grounds, the converter and the transfer switch. Melted shore-cord plugs and bad grounds cause most of the electrical complaints techs actually see. Before you buy: Battery at rest, converter output on shore power, GFCI test, every outlet.

05/09/2022, EQUIPMENT: The contact owns a 2019 Thor Windsport Motorhome built on a 2018 Ford F53 Chassis. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V804000 (Equipment). The contact took the vehicle to a dealer where the vehicle was serviced under recall. The contact stated that a year later, the contact stated while driving 30 MPH, the cabinet that was repaired under the recall fell down onto the dashboard while driving
