Recall 24V049000 (26/01/2024): EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ACCESSORY GENERATOR:SOLAR PANEL
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Convoy and GH-1 motorhomes. The bracket that secures the solar panel to the roof may crack and break, which can cause the solar panel to detach.
Fix: Dealers will replace the brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 21, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-136.
Recall 25V481000 (23/07/2025): ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR/REGULATOR
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Convoy, 2023-2026 GH1, 2025 GT1, and 2026 GH2 motorhomes equipped with 2.0 liter engine. The secondary alternator controller programming was not properly updated.
Fix: Dealers will install a wire harness and update the alternator programming, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2025. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-145.
What a tech checks: Voltage drop, grounds, the converter and the transfer switch. Melted shore-cord plugs and bad grounds cause most of the electrical complaints techs actually see. Before you buy: Battery at rest, converter output on shore power, GFCI test, every outlet.

Recall 24V506000 (03/07/2024): TIRES:TEMPORARY/EMERGENCY SPARE TIRE
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Tiffin Convoy, 2022 Cahaba, and 2023, 2025 Tiffin GH1 motorhomes. The wheel bolts for the spare tire may be missing.
Fix: Tiffin will mail the wheel bolts for the spare tire, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 27, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-140.
What a tech checks: Age, load range and pressure. RV tires age out before they wear out, and an underrated tire on a heavy trailer is a blowout waiting to happen. Before you buy: Read the DOT date and the load range on the sidewall.
