What owners reported to NHTSA

06/06/2023, VISIBILITY: These wiper blades fell off in rain when used due to the fact that the tab locking them into place is insufficient to keep it locked in place, I have installed 4 different blades, and all fell off. This is an extreme hazard when driving at highway speeds.
