Ceiling stain after rain
2015 travel trailer, rubber (EPDM) roof. 30A shore
Customer says: After the last storm there's a brown stain on the ceiling by the bathroom fan.
Tests you can run
- Moisture meter around the stain
- Press on the ceiling around the stain
- Look at the sealant around the bathroom fan on the roof
- Look at the other roof seams and penetrations
- Water test: start low, wet one area at a time, work up to the fan
- Caulk over every seam on the roof
