Touch panel can't find anything
2022 fifth wheel, OneControl touch panel with slide, leveling, awning and lighting modules. 30A shore
Customer says: The panel says no devices. The app can't find anything either.
Lights work from the wall switches. The bedroom slide motor was replaced at another shop last week.
Tests you can run
- 12V and ground at the touch panel
- Read the device list on the panel
- Each data line to ground, power on
- Ohms across the two data lines at the panel, power off
- Ohms across the data lines at the far end (leveling controller), power off
- Look at the data plugs behind the bedroom slide controller
- Factory reset the touch panel
- Replace the touch panel
