How OneControl is wired
OneControl is Lippert's networked control system. The wall panel, the app and each controller (slides, leveling, lights, tanks, awnings) sit on one data cable. Pressing a button sends a message; the controller at the device does the switching.
The short version
- Every module needs its own 12V and ground. Low voltage makes modules reset, freeze or drop off the network.
- The data cable is a CAN-style bus: two data wires daisy-chained module to module, with a terminator at each end.
- The device list in the app or panel shows which modules the network can see. Check it before you touch hardware.
- If the wall switch or the device's own touch pad works but OneControl doesn't, the device is fine: the fault is the network link.
Shop tip
Write down the coach's settings before any reset. A factory reset can wipe slide, leveling and lighting setup.
