AC does nothing, thermostat is blank
2020 travel trailer, 13,500 BTU ducted rooftop AC, wall thermostat. 30A shore
Customer says: The air conditioner won't come on at all. The thermostat screen is blank.
Lights, fridge and outlets all work. The 20 A AC breaker is on.
Tests you can run
- Check the AC breaker at the panel
- 12V at the thermostat plug
- Find and check the 12V fuse for the AC control
- 12V at the fuse holder, line side
- 120V at the rooftop unit's junction box
- Swap in a new thermostat
- Replace the AC control board
