Smells like propane at the stove
2020 travel trailer, three-burner range with oven. 30A shore
Customer says: We smell propane near the stove, mostly after we cook. A tank doesn't last like it used to.
Tests you can run
- Find the leak with a lighter
- Combustible gas detector around the range
- Check every burner and the oven are fully off
- Timed pressure drop test, all appliances off
- Close the range's shutoff and repeat the drop test
- Leak solution on the range fittings
- Replace the regulator
