Toilet won't hold water
2017 class C, gravity flush toilet. 30A shore, on city water
Customer says: The toilet bowl drains dry overnight and the bathroom smells.
Tests you can run
- Fill the bowl and watch it for 20 minutes
- Watch for water coming into the bowl with the pedal up
- Look at the blade seal with the bowl empty
- Check behind and under the toilet for leaks
- Check the black tank vent on the roof
- Ask how they clean it
- Replace the water valve
