Customer says: The freezer is frozen hard but the milk is warm.
Tests you can run
- Temperature in the freezer and the fresh food box
- Check the temperature setting
- Watch whether it ever stops cooling
- Find the thermistor clip on the cooling fins inside the box
- Thermistor ohms against the maker's chart at a known temperature
- Check the door gaskets with a dollar bill
- Replace the control board
