Customer says: The freezer frosts up every few days and the fridge side never gets really cold. It runs all the time.
Thick frost on the freezer back wall. Fridge side reads 44 °F.

- Dollar bill test around both door gaskets
- Look at where the frost is
- Thermistor resistance and position
- Check level
